White Wines from South West France

ANDERE D' ANSA AOC IROULEGUY Vignerons d' Irouleguy

A pale, yellow, wine with greenish tints, from this tiny appellation in the Pays Basque. Made from 80% Gros Manseng, 15% Petit Manseng and 5% Courbu, it smells of citrus fruits and is fresh and fruity in the mouth. Very different. This wine is served at Raymond Blanc's 'Quatre Saisons' restaurant in Oxfordshire.
