Pineau is a blend of cognac and fresh grape juice partially fermented, it then rests in oak casks for at least 5 years. This Pineau is a blend of Ugni Blanc and Merlot grapes. Try it chilled as an aperitif or on fruit, especially poured over strawberries and ice cream---delicious.
