COTEAUX du VENDOMOIS AOC

This little known, small co-operative hides away between Blois and Le Mans. The wine is a blend of 80 % Chenin Blanc (the quintessential Loire grape) and 20% Chardonnay. It has a fresh, crisp taste with the Chardonnay just taking the edge off the acidity of the Chenin Blanc. A well presented wine for easy drinking, goes well with fish dishes and salads.
