Why choose a Premier Crew Hamper?
We use the same philosophy when choosing the goods to go in our hampers as we do when we are our choosing wine. We research, search, travel and taste and pick what we consider to be the best on offer.
We are fussy and so sometimes we choose artisanal goods made in small quantities by family producers and sometimes we choose named brands.
All the contents for our hampers are hand picked for you in France and we are therefore able to offer a bespoke service - so if you would like a savoury selection we can fill the hamper with savoury delights but if you are buying for someone with a sweet tooth we can choose goods to suit them.
We have on offer a range of hampers to suit different price brackets - our most expensive for the Gourmet Wine Lover comes in a wicker picnic basket - useful for point-to-points and summer picnics! It is filled with a selection of fine wines, champagne and Port and French delicacies.
At the other end of the scale we have an Introduction to Wine gift basket. It is a 6 bottle wine basket with a couple of bottles in it and a selection of things to nibble whilst enjoying the wine!

Champagne - Desboeufs-Drouin Brut Cuvee de Reserve. Excellent, fine bubbles, dry from this small Epernay-based producer.
Red Wine - Domaine Louise-Fabry Vin de Pays de l'Aude - fruity, spicy red from the Languedoc. Great versatile sun-filled red for all occasions.
White Wine - Domaine Gardrat 100% Colombard grape from the Charente. Grapefruit fresh and fruit-filled white with plenty of finish. Excellent as an aperitif/early evening wine or with light fish and chicken dishes.
Foie Gras -

Duck Paté - good
on toast for an aperitif.
Saucisson Sec from the Pyrennees.
Whole grain French mustard
Oversive pasta shells - Conchiglioni -
just delicious.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil from
this family-run Cretian olive farm.

Jam - a jar of tasty
red fruit jam from the Auvergne, delicious
with hard cheese.
Fruit Compote - a French tradition,
