80% Semillon, 15% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Muscat- A delicious alternative to Sauternes but from the opposite bank of the Gironde it's much more delicate, but no less fine for that. This is an exceptional sweet wine- superb chilled as an aperitif or with pudding. It will keep well in the fridge after it's opened so no rush to drink it at one sitting.
