Terms and Conditions
Minimum purchase:
The minimum purchase is a case of 12 bottles. You may choose a whole case of
any particular wine, or fill a case with 12 different wines and or spirits. All
purchases will be confirmed after receipt.
Availability:
Premier Crew reserves the right to offer wines of a different
vintage, or similar wines, if stocks are exhausted.
Price:
The price on the website and any retail list is inclusive of
duty paid and VAT. The prices can be subject to VAT and duty rate changes.
They are also subject to exchange rate and market fluctuations.
Delivery:
Our courier service will deliver to most addresses on mainland
UK. FREE delivery to all areas of the UK except those
listed below. This only applies to case quantities. Please
contact us for a price on smaller quantities. Delivery
will usually be made within 10 days of receipt of order. The exceptions
to these terms are the Scottish Highland and Islands, the Isle of Wight
and the Scilly Isles where POA applies. Please give instructions for delivery
in the event of your absence. A re-delivery could be subject to an additional
charge.
Payment:
Payment is due with order and may be made by cheque, credit
or debit card (Mastercard/Visa/Maestro/American Express)
There is a minimum charge for Amex payment of £100.00. Website
orders are by WorldPay from their secure site. Goods
will not be dispatched until funds are cleared.
Returns:
You have the right to cancel within seven days of receiving your
goods. If you do wish to cancel your order, please return the
goods unopened to the address below and your payment will be returned in
full.

Claims:
The purchaser is responsible for reporting any damaged consignments,
preferably on the delivery note, or within 48 hrs of the delivery, by
e-mail to Philip@premiercrewwines.co.uk or
phone call, confirmed by letter. Please keep all bottles and packaging
for inspection, failure to do so will negate any claim.
